About Quail Run at Northstar Home Owners Association

Welcome to the Northstar Residential Homeowners Association Website! We have put this website together to provide our residents and homeowners ease of access to valuable information and resources.

 Northstar is located in beautiful Bozeman, Montana, and is part of Gallatin County. Whether your passion is skiing, fishing, boating, hiking or just relaxing, you have moved to the right neighborhood. Northstar is located 2 miles from the Gallatin River with its prime fishing holes. The Bridger Bowl and Big Sky ski areas are just a short drive away. Hiking with 360 degree views of the Bridger, Madison and Gallatin Mountain ranges is within minutes just waiting to be explored!

Your Northstar HOA Board consists of 5 board members that strive to make sure your neighborhood stays safe and beautiful. Their purpose is to protect your interests and continue to develop the Northstar neighborhood. Your current Northstar Residential HOA board is:

Current dues are $360.00 per year billed at $180.00 per half.
