Dumping in Common Space

A quick reminder to all our neighbors. We are blessed with significant common space in our neighborhood. Some of these spaces are developed (parks, fields, grassy areas), and much of it is natural and wild. These spaces are for all to enjoy and care for.

Common spaces are not a place to dump your debris/waste.

This includes:

– Grass Clippings

– Dirt/Rocks from projects

– Christmas Trees

– Hunting waste (i.e. carcasses)

On a walk today I observed both a severed deer head (minus antlers) and a christmas tree dumped behind a neighbor’s fence.

The deer head is of particular concern as this type of waste attracts wild animals (coyotes, etc) and leads to other preventable problems (Kids, pets, etc).

Please talk to your neighbors if you observer any of this behavior or refer incidents to the HOA Manager at northstarhoa@hotmail.com.

Thank you and happy holidays.
