Northstar Lift Station Project

Hi Northstar Neighbors,

As has been announced previously through Nextdoor, Email Blasts, Mailed Notices and the Summer Newsletter, the Northstar HOA Board is in negotiations with the Four Corners Water Sewer District to sell them an expanded easement in the northwest corner of our neighborhood to allow them to expand their existing sewage lift station to meet their projected capacity needs.

We have the latest draft of the engineering plans and are looking to gather a handful of homeowners to meet at the site, review the plans, and provide feedback/suggestions for what the future structure may look like and be positioned.

We are looking for approximately 4 homeowners who are available on Monday, July 29th at 6pm. I expect it will take about an hour.
